About Haley
I’ve always been drawn to one question—what makes communities truly thrive?
That question has shaped my life, my travels, my education, and my work. It has led me on a personal research mission from my hometown to living on the coast of Ecuador, sailing around the world with National Geographic and Lindblad Expeditions, crossing The Drake Passage into Antarctica, and building a career in events, nonprofit work, and storytelling—all rooted in a deep desire to understand what connects people, what inspires them, and how we build something meaningful together.
Over the years, I’ve worked in large scale event strategy, operations, catering, and community engagement, helping organizations craft experiences that go beyond the surface, while pursuing an International Relations degree, with a focus in public policy. I have seen firsthand how the right gathering, the right story, and the right intention can reignite passion, reconnect teams, and rebuild community trust.
Seed & Story Event Consulting was born from that journey—a place where my love of storytelling, community-building, and mission-driven strategy meet. I carry a deep passion for bridging the gap between local ecology and economic prosperity. My work is about helping organizations reconnect to their “why”, build wealth that stays in their communities, and create experiences that inspire lasting impact.
Whether I’m planning an event, crafting a narrative, or consulting with a team—I’m always asking: How do we plant the seed, tell the story, and grow the impact?
